At Urban Paws USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Defective or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement regardless of timing

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. How to Start a Return Email us at support@urbanpawsusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

4. Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges Want a different item? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
